Whilst being a busy mum of three, Vicky has grown her knowledge, experience, and expertise in Pilates. With a wealth of practical experience and unwavering dedication, she now shares her skills with others, helping them achieve balance, strength, and overall well-being through Pilates.
Vicky is registered with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) and is fully insured with UK Coaching. Additionally, Vicky holds qualifications in pre and post-natal exercise, pelvic floor awareness, nutrition and weight management, exercise referral, and Level 4 Lower Back Pain.
Vicky has a particular interest in empowering women to regain their confidence, physical strength, and enjoyment of exercise. She believes in providing her clients with an effective workout that is also a much-needed respite from the demands of today’s hectic world.
